Dame Sophia Halcourt (14th of The Amber Cold/Harren’s Folly, 1676 – c. 1715) was an Imperial noblewoman, dame and soldier most notably known for serving as the fourth Grand Master of the Imperial Order of the Red Dragon, making her the first and only woman to have ever held this position and the rank of Dragon Dame, and one of the very few to have ever served on the Imperial Privy Council in full capacity. Halcourt was also known for having been one of the three heads of the Imperial Chapter of the Amber Wolf, a short-lived elite unit of the Order, and a Sergeant of the Imperial Renatian Legion.
