The Principality of Savoy

The Principality of Savoy is the successor-state to the defunct Commonwealth of Sutica, which was dissolved in 40 S.A. by Oliver Renault after the passing of Queen Johanna of Sutica. The Principality is largely home to the Savoyard culture, though it does have a minority of Hyspians and Reinmaren who remain from the previous Commonwealth.

Notable Information & Places
  • Freimark~ A beautiful town outside of San Luciano ruled by the House of Barclay, which provides the Principality with a more frontiersman type of asthetic.
  • Daeland~ This unique vassal of Savoy finds itself on an archipelago of islands connected to each other via thin bridges that groups of people must go in a single-file line to cross. Ruled by the Douglas Family, the Daelish will give you a totally different taste of life.
  • Myrine~ A beautiful town made of marble that sits on the southernmost frontier of Savoy, such a place will make one revel in its architectural beauty. Ruled by the Mareno family, this vassal of Savoy heavily intrenches itself in a sea-like culture, with tridents being a commonly-used weapon of the Myrinian guard.
  • Niseep*~ A town on the edge of the great Kharasi deserts, home to many hardy people who make their lifestyle in the harsh sands of the land. Ruled by the de Bar family, this place will provide you both a taste of magic and frontier roleplay.

Religion The Principality of Savoy has adopted the religion of their predecessors; Church of the Canon, for they are extremely against Non-Canonist practice in their lands and will punish those who do so. The Church of the Canon plays a major role in the Principality of Savoy.
