The Kingdom of Oren, colloquially known as Oren, is an absolute monarchy comprising a plurality of humanity. The official state religion is a sub-sect of the Church of the Canon called Owynism. Ruled and governed by a King and the Privy Council, the Kingdom of Oren is an expansive, diverse realm. It is situated along the center of the continent composed of the so-called heartlands, with the capital city of Vienne as the seat of the Kingdom, and several municipalities across the continent. The Kingdom encompasses a variety of cultures and races within its lands. Although pertaining more to that of human cultures and traditions, all races are seen throughout.

Notable Locations Government ~ The government of the Kingdom of Oren is an absolute hereditary monarchy. The monarch acts as the head of state, whilst consulting with the Privy Chancellor on most governmental matters relating to the Kingdom. Regarding the government and beneath both the monarch and chancellor is that of the General Assembly. The crown itself passes through a male-preference primogeniture succession. Helena Avenue ~ Upon one’s entrance to the grand city, the architecture directly before the entrance is that of the famous Helena Avenue. Businesses flourish within, as well as passing commoners and courtiers of the royal city. Many who seek to venture into the economic aspect of Oren make their home here. Amadeus Square ~ Just passed Helena Avenue lies Amadeus Square, named after the last Holy Orenian Emperor. The square consists of several crucial establishments including, Savoyards Smirk Tavern, Temesch Hall, Grand Oren Finacial, and the Temple of the Eternal Flame. All of which provide employment opportunities for the newest Orenian generation.
