Lauritz Frederik Jensen (Common: Lawrence Frederick; High Imperial: Laurentius Fridericus; New Marian: Lerald Fredrik) is a Kaldenic Jovenaar and judicial theorist, who served as a Jovenaar of the Aulic Court. He is the grandson of former High Justiciar of Haense, Lauritz Christiansen.

Early Life

Lauritz was born in Nyborg, Kalden, to Jens Lauritsen and Maria Amador, on the 15th of the First Seed, 1792. He enjoyed a relatively quiet childhood, in which he received tutoring of excellent quality, occasionally even from his grandfather, Lauritz Christiansen. He would later study at the University of Sejrsborg, in which he received a degree in law, whereafter he moved to Haense with the intention of pursuing a career similar to that of his grandfather.

Jovenaar of Haense

When he was twenty years old, in 1812, Lauritz arrived in Haense and sought out the King, Heinrik II and requested to be appointed to the Aulic Court as a Jovenaar, citing his degree and his ancestry. Lauritz’s youth and vigour shone through in his early years as a Jovenaar, where he partook in many trials, judicial reviews, and even established Judicial Gazette of the Aulic Court.

Marriage

Lauritz wed Camilla Ruthern in 1817, though the union surprised many, as they did not believe a relationship between the two had been ongoing previously. Nevertheless, the couple have no children, and it is rumoured that Lauritz is a homosexual, though there is no concrete evidence to prove this.
