A player gets knocked out (commonly referred to as 'downed'), they lost a PvP fight. After the player got knocked out, he can either:

Get 'popped' (killed), by the knocking out player pressing left-click, and all of his inventory plus half of his minas will drop on the ground.

Or he can get revived: The knocking out player can simply right-click the knocked out player, or a third player can /revive (knocked out players in-game-name), note if a player gets revived using the /revive command, and gets knocked out again, he will automatically be popped next time he gets knocked out.
