Kelhus Vladimir d'Azor was born in the Holy Orenian Empire, as the second born son of Sergei Othaman and Elizabeth Winter, both were to soon disappear out of the boys life. He currently serves as a Representative in the House of Commons and as the Ambassador to Haelun'or
Early Life
Kelhus was born during the year of 1799, alongside his triplet brothers Erik Tarcell Othaman and Sergei Harold Othaman. From a young age he always wanted to serve the Empire and at the year of 1812 he enlisted into the ISA as a 13 year old Recruit, with the permission of his Grandfather, then Major Sir Erik Othaman.
Military Career
In the year of 1812, Kelhus enlisted into the ISA as a recruit, it was then when he fought in his first battle and met his future Captain Robert Archibald Galbraith. Following his completion of Basic Training, the newly promoted Private joined the 3rd Brigade. During his time in the 3rd he was swiftly promoted to Sergeant and resigned at said rank
Governmental Service
After turning 18 Kelhus applied for a position within the Foreign Office, under the back then Secretary of Foreign Affairs Peter Alexander d'Arkent, which he ultimately recieved. It was during this time that he was the accompanying Diplomat on a Diplomatic Mission to Haelun'or something which would ultimately lead for the Diplomat to apply for the Position as Ambassador in the Silver State, upon leadership change in the Foreign Office.
After the appointment of Simon Pruvia, Kelhus now takes the rank of Undersecretary within the Foreign Office.
