Karl Sigmar Barbanov-Bihar (Common: Charles Siguine; High Imperial: Carolus Sigumarid), (1846-1905), regally known as Karl III was the twentieth King of Hanseti-Ruska and the second born son of King Sigismund III and Emma of Jerovitz. With a reign of 32 years, Karl III is the second longest ruling King of Hanseti-Ruska, tied with his grandfather Heinrik II.

Marriage

Karl married Amadea of Susa in the Basilica of Saint Henrik in 1871, officiated by the High Pontiff Tylos II. Like his father, wed two years before ascending the throne. The wedding of the Grand Prince of Kusoraev was large and lavish, spanning a months long period of celebration. The two had been known to have been long fond of one another, their engagement announced to no surprise shortly after their season of lifstala. The match was largely accepted as one of love, not politics, due to the ongoing conflict with the Empire of Oren.
