The capital city of The Silver State of Haelun'or, Karinah'siol is the main bastion of High Elven culture in Almaris. The city rests upon a bountiful temperate island off of the eastern coast of the continent. Karinah'siol is the home of the largest High Elven population in all of Almaris, but there is a population of other descendents as well. It is the seat of the Maheral, the traditional leader of the High Elves.
