House of Renault

The House of Renault is a noble house of humanity, being a dragonblooded house of Helane though not being a cadet due to their Horen ancestor being female. Being relatively young in comparison to the other great houses of Man coming from the continent of Atlas. The alignment of Renault has varied throughout the years with the family placing a large value on individualism.
History
The House of Renault started with humble origins with Seth Renault, a peasant who resided in Renatus. Seth Renault would join the Imperial Legion in Carolustadt, the capital of the Empire of Man. After many years of service to the legion Seth would eventually be knighted and became the Marshal of the Imperial Legion. Here is when he would meet Princess Ophelia Horen, the daughter of Prince Antonius Horen, the woman whom Seth would soon marry. After they got married life continued on as normal until the couple make the discussion to move to Aeldin.
In Aeldin the couple had many children, four in total three sons and a single daughter. The sons of the couple soon masw their way to Arcas, as children to live with their Horen cousins and aide them in the War of Two Emperors in Helena. When the war ended, Renault was called to a meeting, this resulting in the dissolution of Horen, no Renault-Helane instead of Renault-Horen. Life would continue on as normal until Emperor Alexander II's reign where the family split after tensions rose between the three siblings, causing one to stay in Helena and the others to move to Morsgrad or the other human realms at the time.
This would be until Aleksandr II Renault, the son of Aleksandr Renault one of the three sons called all of the Renaults together after the reminder of Renault had left Helena during Emperor Peter III's rule. Here the family would agree to work together again for the purpose of continuing Ophelia Horen's lineage. Later Lucian and Aleksandr II would meet to discuss the matter of the status of the patriarch, here it would be agreed Lucian Renault would be the patriarch.

Lucian Renault
The firstborn son of Seth and Ophelia (nee Horen) Renault. Before the split between his two brothers Issac and Aleksandr Renault he was the Count of Stratton and overlord of the county of York and Burgraviate of Rodenburg, ruled by the houses of Lethes and Castelo respectively. After the split Aleksandr was made the Count of Stratton and thus the overlord of York and Rodenburg, however they were swiftly dissolved. Lucian then went to Morsgrad in order to began a new life for Renault.
Aleksandr II Renault
Born 1729 in the Imperial city of Helena, son of Aleksandr and Vitoria (nee Castelo) Renault, with his twin sister Matilda Renault. Living his childhood there becoming a ward to the stewards learning under them to learn house managements and merchant skills. During Aleksandr II's childhood his father was rarely present, leaving him to be raised by his mother. Aleksandr only later came to prominence when he launched a summons for the Solicitor-General, as he wished to discussed the legality of the seizing of his family's county, Stratton. This was halted by Emperor Peter III before a proper argument could be laid out, due to this Aleksandr II, Matilda and their mother fled to Morsgrad to reunite with Pertinaxi-Horen cousins. In Morsgrad Aleksandr sought to reunite the family. To which he had done successfully, eventually yielding his claim as patriarch to Lucien Renault, under certain terms.
