House of Dracontas

Introduction
An Akritian family founded by Dionisius Dracontas I also known as the 'Pahys' when he was an advisor, the manager of the Cartagenan Trading Company, a councilor and the minister of Justice of the now dismandled Barony of Cartagena, under the leadership of the Trade Baron Theophilos Komnenos-Arianites.The House of Dracontas is extremely devoted to the religion of The Church of Canon and its members are known for their loyalty and faith.
After the fall of Cartagena, Dionisius was taking a rather long break from his home, finding a wife and fathering one child, with the name Georgios. At the now age of 62 Dionisius's hope of grandchildren and the further expansion of his Oikon(House) falls to his only son. Georgios Dracontas, was put in Command of the Varangian Guard. The Oikon of Dracontas have pledged loyalty to the Barony of Trabzon and its ruler, Lukas Komnenos-Arianites. This newly founded Barony is a true Akritian settlement, one of the many attempts of the Akritians, to settle together after a long time. One can wonder about the future of this oikon, will it simply be forgotten? Or will their actions be printed on the scroll of time? Only the Godani, may know.
Barony of Trabzon
The House now resides in the Barony of Trabzon, in the far distant lands of the Kharasi desert, where the remaining Akritians have built a barony for their people to live and prosper. The House has gained an honorable reputation due to the rank they uphold, the Commander of the Varangian Guard. The House of Dracontas shares great pride in their status.
