House Vientos

House Vientos is a human noble house with direct blood ties to the Ducal House of Kovachev and the Princely House of Horen-Pruessen. They're currently vassals under the Kingdom of Haense and, therefore, nobles within the Empire of Man.
History
Axios: The Vientos family had remained relatively humble and quiet before Delaselva Vientos, patriarch of the house, adopted the orphaned Princess of Lotharingia, Victoria Horen-Preussen. Due to her age and the education she had already received at the hands of her mother’s councilors, young Victoria was the catalyst to usher the family into the world of human politics.
Victoria would go on to marry the King of Norland, Artyom, and sire three children by him as his queen: Selina, Delaselva, and Cassandra. Her husband would abdicate a year later, vanishing at sea and leaving the Vientos princess a widow and mother.
The Vientos would eventually evacuate the Isles of Axios by ship, their family gathered aboard a strongly-crafted ship that carried them to their new home in Atlas.
Atlas: Throughout Atlas’s earlier days, the House remained quiet - members sparsely populating the continent’s lands. Victoria would eventually remarry to the Duke of Carnatia, Rickard Kovachev, and mothered yet another child: Alastrine. The Duke would abdicate his position within the Kingdom of Haense to his elder children by a previous wife, moving with his family to the Trade Principality of Sutica. Victoria’s daughter, Cassandra, would inherit her birthright, the title Princess of Ostwick, after the death of a distant cousin. She chose to remain uninvolved in human politics for the most part.
The Princess’s younger half-sister, Alastrine would be a different story altogether. Living in the trade city of Sutica for a large portion of her childhood, she grew fond of swordsmanship and the like. Upon reaching the hearty age of thirteen, Alastrine made the acquaintance of a great-niece: Emma Ludovar, Princess of Ulgaard. Thenceforth, she began her tutelage under the royal until the latter years of her adolescence in the Haeseni capital of Markev.
Around Alastrine’s seventeenth year, she’d receive a decree of the Ludovar Princess’s abdication of several titles - and how she’d bestowed a barony onto her younger relative. From there, the newly made Lady would be asked to serve as a Lord Temporal in the Empire of Man’s parliament - serving her tenure with aplomb - as well as achieving the goals her Ludovar cousin had set for her.
As the years passed, the young Baroness met and became enamored with James of House Delatour, the Viscount of Nantes, in Aeldin - wedding him matrilineally but a year afterward and producing their firstborn child and heir - Anna Katerina Vientos - in the year 1697. After having a second child, Viktoria, the Baroness died in 1703, leaving to her eldest daughter both the Barony of Mehran and the Viscounty of Nantes.
