Fellowship of Kruguan 1484

The fellowship of Kruguan is a treaty created in 1484, Athera], facilitated by Arn Rovin of Aesterwald, upon recognizing the threat of the re-emergence of Iblees, signed the first the first international treaty between all nations and a settlement known as Nerezza, that formally declares war upon Iblees. The Fellowship however is not a non-aggression pact between all signatories, but rather it forces the nations to prioritise any threat of Iblees instead of conflict amongst one another. It also declares all dark arts to be illegal in all countries, and that it will come to aid to the current government should a revolution occur.

The Fellowship of Kruguan, 1484

In the face of war and the feckless shedding of National Pride, a threat has revealed itself in the face of the sons of Horen, Krug, Urguan and Malin. In response to this nefarious cretin, the contracting parties solemnly swear to abide and to operate within the terms of this pact.

Provision I

The contracting parties, being The Kingdom of Renatus, the Rexdom of Krugmar, the Grand Kingdom of Urguan, the Konigreich of Aesterwald, the State of Laureh’lin, the State of Haelun'or, the State of Laurir'ker and the territory of Nerezza hereby pledge to abide by these obligations until the final and ultimate destruction of Iblees and his kindred.

The Rexdom of Krugmar, lead by Rusk’Dom, shall henceforth be the forefront of the Conflict against Iblees and his followers.

All Signatory nations shall receive a say regarding the future, and present actions against Iblees.

The Fellowship treaty shall not affect negotiations regarding the Elven Conflict between Haelun'or and Laureh’lin.

All Signatory Nations shall immediately respond to an invasion of another.

Should a revolt against a Signatory emerge, the revolutionaries shall not be recognized nor aided by fellow Signatories and shall thusly be considered an enemy invader.

War between a Signatory nation and a Non-signatory nation or its vassals shall be prohibited without prior discussion or warning to the other signatories.

Following the liberation of the corrupted Hanseti, the territory is to remain a wilderness reserve, including the prohibition of any signatory or non-signatory nation from claiming and colonizing the territory.

All signatories shall hereby declare war on Iblees’ kindred and all who ally themselves with it.

The usage of Dark Arts is henceforth illegal in all Signatory Nations.

All signatories shall pledge to eliminate and destroy all who affiliate themselves with Iblees and his ways, and those who are captured are to be executed.

Signatories who fail to maintain the terms of the treaty shall be met by a tribunal of Signatories who have maintained their pledge and will judge upon and decide the punishment for the Pact-Breaker.

Extradition of Criminals between nations is stated as followed:

All criminals who perform malicious deeds against or within the victim nation shall be returned to that nation should the criminal seek asylum in a fellow Signatory’s. The likes of people who have not sworn an oath to a ‘victim’ nation and have failed to break any laws shall thusly not be muddled with should they live within the territory of a fellow Signatory. All Citizens or Criminals who work with the dark arts, if seeking asylum in a fellow signatory’s territory, shall be returned to the victim nation to be tried for the illegal practice of the dark arts.
