The Rt. Honourable His Eminence, Everard Hightower, High Priest of Oren, was an Oren political figure and High Priest, serving both the King of Oren and the Cloud Temple of Aegis. After the political reforms in Oren he was made Lord High Chancellor, the lead position on the King's Privy Council. He died of old age on 33rd of Malins Welcome, 1320 at age 61 before his work was finished. Everard was the first figure of great importance to emerge from the Hightower family.
