Founding of Skyfall

The Enchantry is a circle of mages who work together and unite in their studies to further themselves and magical development privately. They follow a simple code with a straight set of ambitions, to further their own knowledge of the arcane whilst providing a positive outlook on magic to the world, allowing themselves to assist nations that call for help from those attuned to arcane, and extremely knowledgeable in the art. Such calls may be from a simple enchanted blade one had wished to make, to helping solve a long line of voidal phenomenons and help keep the decedent's safe from such odd threats. The Enchantry also finds themselves seeking powerful artifacts of the arcane, taking interest to not only keep them out of the wrong hands but study them internally themselves. Lastly, in a great time of need in which the fate of the realm may be at stake, the Enchantry will rise up and assist all against this united threat.

Code

The Enchantry follow a simple code, one that was said by those who surpassed the art of voidal studies, and one to follow truly.

“Let there be no monarch of the void, for it is a source of power for those with the willpower to seek, and understand, not to control and dictate power away from those with the arcane gift.”

“Open a hand to the lost, and provide guidance to those who need to see the ways of the arcane. This does not mean to spoon feed others, as potential is built, and the arcane gift of the decedent will be lost to the sins of slothfulness, expecting magic to be handed to them, not sought.”

“Provide insight to the proper ways of the arcane, do not let those blind to greed or foolery mock our ways as they throw away their arcane gift, using it for incoherent murder and torture or misguiding others, blinding them as well, let these fools be dubbed ‘Rogue Magi’. The Rogue Magi brings not but shame to our kin, and are to be re-educated, lest they wish to ignore the open hand of a fellow mage. If they so wish to continue to be blinded, then it is our duty to amend such.”

“Respect your arcane gift, and show your true understatement to the art you spend years perfecting, use it to it’s fullest potential and allow it to embrace your ways. Being one of the arcane gift is not a hobby, but a lifestyle.”

“Along with respecting your art, comes with the duty to not spread this art thin. Allow yourself to embrace this art fully, and respect those who have interest in learning, but make sure those who are truly interested are also going to embrace this art as full and true as yourself.”

“Guide one's self to your journey to master your arcane gift, allowing yourself to be spoon fed will falter your growth, and blind your ways with slothfulness. Alas, path one’s own road, and take responsibility for your actions on the way.”

“In the act of building your road to success in the way of the arcane, one may come across the realm of dark and light, these two forces interlocked in an endless struggle. As a mage, stand between dark and light as a symbol of neutrality, and embrace your teaching.”

“In times of great need in which the sanctuary of our realm is threatened, stand up and fight united against this inevitable foe, this is our duty to the realm and to those who reside in it, no matter the ground they stand.”
