Edvard Amador was born on the 6th of The Grand Harvest in the year 1732 of the First Age to Henrik II Amador, Baron of Mondstadt and Tamar of Biscay. For as long as the man can remember, he's had an obsession with minas, and obtaining it. In the year Seventeen Fifty of the First Age, he became a Steward and this marked the beginning of his service to the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska. The man would continue to hold a variety of high positions related to money such as High Seneschal and Royal Treasurer. Due to his obsession with minas and actions he takes persuing it, he was dubbed the nickname 'The Tax Man', and would be known by all throughout the Kingdom. Alas, no matter how much money the man would collect no amount would ever satisfy him. Even when reaching goals that some men and women could only dream of, he still wasn't satisfied. His taste for minas knew no bounds.

Personality

Edvard is a man who prioritizes money and resources above all and acts mainly with these things in mind. He truly believes that if he makes money for himself, his family, and his Kingdom then it will bring him great happiness, and joy. Although no matter how many minas he makes, he is never satisfied. In his efforts to gain money, he's done a variety of different methods. Edvard acts without mercy in his pursuit of wealth and has evicted orphanages, homeless shelters, countless other properties that weren't generating revenue. Although he is tough and merciless at times, he is quite kind to his fellow Haeseni people and those wishing to move into the Kingdom. The man has a deep pride in his country and will do whatever he can to ensure that it succeeds.

Appearance

Edvard was a six foot tall man with dark blue eyes and black hair. Although in his later years, his hair would start to turn grey. The man also had a scruffy unkempt beard. Edvard can be seen wearing a few different outfits, although most of them are blue to show off one of the two family colours. The outfits he is most commonly spotted wearing are the family's armor, which bares the Lorraine Cross, or a white shirt with a blue coat.

Titles / Positions

Since a young age, Edvard believed that hard work and excellent contributions was the way to live your life. So as soon as he got his first position as a Steward of New Reza, he vowed to himself to ascend the career ladder and to always be employed, putting in excessive amounts of effort until his death. His drive led to the man holding a variety of different titles and positions throughout his lifetime. The man started as a simple Steward but quickly ascended to High Steward, then Seneschal, and finally to Lord Treasurer. Along his career path, he picked up a few other positions and titles such as HauchKossar of the Order of Queen Maya and the Lily, and was a Member of the House of Commons. Upon his retirement as Lord Treasurer, the man retired his own life just a few short days later.

Steward (1750-1811)

Edvard Amador was appointed to the position of Steward in the year 1750. This marked the beginning to his great ambitions to move up the Government hierarchy. Upon the second of his appointment, he reviewed the ledgers and got to work. He went around selling houses to those who needed it as well as convincing countless people to migrate to Haense and setting them up within the Nation. After years of hard work, he would be promoted to High Steward and later, High Seneschal. Edvard would serve as a Steward until just few months before his death.

High Steward; High Seneschal (1758-1770; 1770-1776)

After his cousin Rennard retired from the position of High Steward in the year 1758, the Crown decided that Edvard was the best choice to succeed him. During Edvard's tenure as High Steward, he did wonders for the Kingdoms tax income, increasing it many times over. He was merciless in his endeavor to make the Kingdom money. Any who dared to not pay taxes were kicked out of their properties and were left to roam the streets. Although this may seem like a terrible deed, it did indeed accomplish its goal. Those who didn't pay taxes would be replaced by those who did. Those who paid late wouldn't pay late anymore or wouldn't pay as late because of fear of being evicted. No matter who you were, or what your circumstances were if you couldn't pay then Edvard would take it away. Homeless shelters, holy men, orphanages, and countless other properties were evicted in the man's pursuit for money. Although he was merciless, he was not unreasonable. If you paid late with good reason, then he would extend the date before your next collection. During his time as High Steward, he also worked on a variety of projects such as the New Reza city expansion, among many others. After many years of service, in the year 1770 of the First Age, King Sigismund II noticed the man's hard work and ascended the High Steward title to High Seneschal during the Council Reforms. From that moment on, Edvard's dedication was stronger than ever before and he continued his hard work to ensure the Kingdoms success.

Knight of the Order of Queen Maya and the Lily (1769-1811)

During his tenure as High Seneschal, his Majesty King Sigismund II bestowed Edvard Amador Knighthood for his hard work and bountiful contributions to the Government. This allowed Edvard to call himself Sir Edvard Amador, and add the letters KML after his name to show that he was a Kossar of the order of Queen Maya and the Lily. Upon the retirement of his second Aulic position after decades of service, King Heinrik II knighted the loyal man again, marking him a HauchKossar of the order of Queen Maya and the Lily. This allowed Edvard to display the letters HKML after his name. This honor is only bestowed to those who have had multiple significant contributions to the Crown. Receiving this honor made the old man overjoyed as his hard work over the many decades was recognized.

Royal Treasurer: (1776-1811)

Edvard was appointed to the position of Royal Treasurer in the year 1776 of the First Age by the Lord Regent, Konstantin Wick. His efforts as High Seneschal were recognized by Konstantin and the other Aulic Council members. So upon hearing of Edvard's planned retirement, and search of a new job, they thought that he would be the perfect fit to succeed Rennard. Once appointed, Edvard wasted no time, and quickly got to work on a new treasury ledger and started to review the current financial state of the Kingdom. The man would continue working hard as he did previously, ensuring that the Kingdom had a plentiful amounts of money and resources.

Member of the House of Commons (1786)

In the year 1786, Edvard Amador was elected to the House of Commons, a legislative body in the Holy Orenian Empire. His hope was to ensure the interests of the Haeseni people. However, his tenure was ended abruptly. During his first session, he left halfway through to attend an important meeting with the King of Hanseti-Ruska, Josef I, and his other closest advisers and Knights. During this meeting at the Imperial Palace, their Imperial Majesties Empress Anne I and Emperor Joseph II of the Holy Orenian Empire declared the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska to be an Independent State, no longer under the Empire. This led to all the Haeseni people losing their seats in the House of Commons, thus ending the brief tenure of Edvard's time in the House of Commons.

Always got a plan.

Money money money.

Family

Edvard was a proud member of House Amador. His Father was Henrik the Second, the 5th Baron of Mondstadt. His siblings were: Ruslan II, 6th Baron of Mondstadt, his twin Albert, and Karl. All of them were quite dear to the man and he would spend lots of time with them in his youth. His mother passed away at a young age which led to his Father needing to take care of them all. At the time, the House was not Nobility and was no different from the average commoner. So Henrik was always busy providing for his family, ensuring that they could live a good life. This caused Edvard to have a deep admiration for his father as he watched him always work hard and never complain. So Edvard vowed to ensure that his Fathers wish would be upheld. He wished to work hard to ensure that the family could live a comfortable good life. This led to the man getting a job as a Steward and working hard to ascend through the Government ranks to provide for his family as his father did. Although, this unfortunately meant that Edvard would see less and less of his oh so deer family as time went on. However, even as time went on, he never forgot his love for his family, it never faulted until the day he died. His main regret before his death was that he never spent enough time with what truly mattered, family.
