Demetrius of House Ruthern, third of his name, grandson of Rhys var Ruthern, was the second Duke of Vidaus, performing his duties as the Palatine of Haense with diligence. His sudden death at the age of forty two left his eldest son Konstantin var Ruthern to become the third Duke of Vidaus.
