House Silversteed constructed Jornburg, it was been known as a hide away spot for the deserting Silversteeds until it was abandoned and occupied by Richard Arden

• William Silversteed, constructed the hall of Silverholt in Axios, and constructed Jornburg in Atlas, he abdicated to Avalon during his time as Lord in Axios, then abdictated during his time as Count in Atlas to his eldest daughter Joana.

House Arden

House Arden took over the title of Count years after the Silversteed deserters abandoned the fortress directly after the Siege of Ruriksgrad.

• Richard Arden, took over the abandoned fortress following his return in 1666, directly after seizing full control of the fortress, Richard saw to it that all renovations and buildings were redone and complete, thus resulting in Jornburg finally being constructed.
