Sutica is the city-state Capital of the Federation of Sutica, and it’s located southern Arcas. The City is most known for their trade with other nations. It's home to every race in Arcas, welcoming them all equally. The city is built on a large island, connected by two bridges and a chain of smaller islands outside of it. It is constructed using the highly unique Sutican Architectural Style.

Construction
The City of Sutica was largely constructed through the indentured-servitude program. It was designed in whole by Alem'shun Vanguard, who thereafter oversaw the building process.

Districts of the City
- The Central Districts
The Central district and the Second District consist of the city's main houses that surround the central square. These are the most commonly populated districts, with the most homes as well. The Government Hall, the Throne room, are here as well.
- The Underwater District
The Underwater district is certainly one of the more unique districts, each home being submerged under glass domes in the water with a tunnel leading to the area, as the title suggests. This is one of the smaller districts of Sutica.
- The Cave District
The Cave district is in a portion of the city's largest landmark where the mountain is. Although this city's number of homes compete with that of the Central District's, it seems that it is a rather unpopular choice in housing, likely due to its location far back in the city and it's difficult-to-navigate streets, but that doesn't go to say that it isn't a sight for sore eyes.
- The Mountain District
The Mountain District consists of a long-since abandoned construction project, and the public observatory.
- The Plateau District
The Plateau District is located just beside the city square. It includes the Sutican Library, the Clerical Temple, and holds the land in which the Kharijyr people live, currently. The area remains largely open for the construction of as-needed housing. The only currently existing Order of Paladins also occupies this area.
Notable Figures
- Silv’ar Vanguard - First Trade Prince, Grand Architect and former Minister of the Interior.
- William Corvinus - A renound merchant of Sutica, responsbile for the early gain of wealth in the Federation.
- Archrim Elmoran - Known for his many dedicated years of service and protection of Sutica. It was in his honour that the current iteration (under Lily's rule) of the Guard was formed.
- Gray Kellian - Known for his many years of loyal service to Sutica.
- Jon Snowell - Known for management of the Interior of the Federation, his service having lasted multiple Elven years. This has earned him the title of: 'the Eternal'.
- Utaria Helenson-Anarion - Royal Consort of Lily Helenson-Anarion. She has ensured that the City Guard has succeeded in their work to a level beyond that previously known, leading the nation's largest known guard force.
- Lily Helenson-Anarion - Current Trade Princess of Sutica, master of the Voidal arts.
Government
Sutica operates as an absolute, appointed monarchy; the right to rule, monikered as The Trade Princess of Sutica/The Trade Prince of Sutica, being passed by appointment to a chosen heir.
Ministers act as agents of the state, entrusted with authority by the ruler of Sutica, and granted the power to head the relevant ministry. The ruler of Sutica chooses all positions and decides whether a life-time appointment or a term to be served is in order. One person may hold multiple positions if deemed fit.
Laws
The City of Sutica as the Capital City abides by the Sutican Codex.
