In his youth, Bastion was known for being right-wing aligned politically, and his ideology described as rather conservative to centrist, views akin to what some scholars state is a sizable shift in character. Bastion was born to a dwarven bureaucrat and military figurehead Igor Ireheart, spending numerous of his younger yeas wandering lordless in the vast lands of Asulon. Upon the death of his father, the young Bastion return to the Grand Kingdom in the Fringe lands, fighting in several Orenian states.

Upon his arrival back to the Dwarvish lands, his personality was described as something rather different from the dwed he once was, Bastion was said to be level-headed and far more politically savvy than he once was, joining in again to fight in yet another war against the Holy Orenian Empire. During such times Bastion claimed the position of Clan Father over the Irehearts, reviving them from their dwindling state, and achieving a position on the Senate of Hammers. At the time, Grand King Balek Irongut ruled over the dwarven people, and under him Bastion offered forth his life in service as a Kingsguard in addition to his political work. As the descended races shifted to the new lands of Vailor, Bastion Ireheart once more, disappeared.

Born to the well known Igor Ireheart, Bastion was a dwarf that was meant to be into government ever since he was born. He proved himself in the eyes of many dwarves when his father died and he decided to fight the Orenian States in the Fringe.
  
Following the great passing of time within the lands of Vailor, and the transition unto the Isles of Axios, Bastion Ireheart once more appeared among his people. Upon his arrival back within the dwarven lands, Bastion served as a Kingsguard to the current Grand King, Algoda Frostbeard, fighting alongside his brothers in a war with the Holy Orenian Empire under Emperor Philip Frederick. However his service to Grand King Algoda came to a swift end following the King's assassination. After such's occurance, a snap election was held in which Bastion found himself nominated, alongside his kinsmen Wulfstag and Kilgrim Ireheart, subsequently winning the election with the votes of the Grandaxes, Starbreakers and the Doomforged. With his rise to power Bastion inherited the war againts Oren, aligning himself with the Courland-lead Axionite Coalition, he chose to place his focus internally, addressing issues specifically pertaining to the Dwedmar State over the war itself.

Bastion Ireheart was a prominent dwarven statesman who eventually became one of the last kings of the pre Ulrah Urguan.

History

Born to the well known Igor Ireheart, Bastion was a dwarf that was meant to be into government ever since he was born. He proved himself in the eyes of many dwarves when his father died and he decided to fight the Orenian States in the Fringe.

When the battle was over Bastion once again left the dwarves, only to return years later in Athera. While once he was strictly traditional, once he returned his views seemed to have changed. He became more cool headed and eventually was able to become the clan father of the Ireheart clan. This was happening at the same time that the Orenian Empire declared war on Urguan. With time he was honored to become part of the Kingsguard of Balek Irongut. However, with the transition to Vailor, Bastion once again disappeared.
