Alric Edvardsson Ruric, known more simply as Alric (9 S.A. - Present), was the son of Sven Edvardsson Ruric and Frida av Varhelm.

Family

Alric's relationship with his family in his early life was as expected for a young Norlander at the time. He spent his time reading the histories of his people, practicing the Red Faith, and training at arms. When he grew older he married Leyna Kazimir and branched off from the capital of Norland, at the time Varhelm, and established the Barony of Krew. The children he had with his wife in order are, Idunn Edvardsson Ruric, Caedric Edvardsson Ruric, Inga 'the Great Bear' Edvardsson Ruric, Theodric Edvardsson Ruric, Rozalia Edvardsson Ruric, Edvard Edvardsson Ruric, Ægir Edvardsson Ruric, and Baldr Edvardsson Ruric. He often spent his time with his first three children, raising them and teaching them the ways of his forefathers. Eventually the Holy Orenian Emipre would declare war on the Kingdom of Norland requiring Alric to leave his wife and children. While he was away his wife ended up disappearing and Inga ended up being murdered by Orenian raiders.

• Alric and his wife, Leyna Kazimir, were the founders of the Barony of Krew.
