The Alliance of Sand and Stone was an alliance between the Grand Kingdom of Urguan and the Caliphate of Khalestine signed on the 9th of the Snow's Maiden, 1523.

The Grand Kingdom of Urguan: -The Grand Kingdom of Urguan will come to the Caliphate of Khalestine’s aid should the Caliphate be threatened with an invading force. -The Grand Kingdom of Urguan will have an option to aid the Caliphate of Khalestine on any offensive war front. -Trade shall be discussed between the Grand Kingdom of Urguan and the Caliphate of Khalestine. -Criminals of the Caliphate of Khalestine hiding in the lands of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan shall be declared criminals in the Grand Kingdom.

The Caliphate of Khalestine: -The Caliphate of Khalestine will come to the Grand Kingdom of Urguan’s aid should the Grand Kingdom be threatened with an invading force. -The Caliphate of Khalestine will have an option to aid the Grand Kingdom on any offensive war front. -Trade shall be discussed between the Grand Kingdom of Urguan and the Caliphate of Khalestine. -Criminals of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan hiding in the lands of the Caliphate of Khalestine shall be declared criminals in the Caliphate.

Effects on Vailor: The Alliance was formed to ensure the peace and prosperity of both the Grand Kingdom of Urguan's citizens and the Caliphate of Khalestine's citizens. The Alliance of two later merged into the Coalition of Southern Vailor in 1523.
